ResetData’s $1,000 Token Credits Promotional Draw
Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
This promotional draw (the “$1,000 Token Credits Promotional Draw”) is run by ResetData Pty Ltd (ACN 651 985 483) of Level 41, 2 Chifley Place, Sydney NSW 2000 (the “Promoter”). Questions can be sent to hello@resetdata.com.au. By entering, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
2. Promotional Draw Period
The Promotional Draw opens at 23 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 6 July 2026 (the “Promotional Draw Period”). Only activity recorded by the ResetData AI Platform during the Promotional Draw Period counts. The Promoter’s records are the official record of time.
3. Who can enter (Eligibility)
To be eligible, you must:
(i) be an existing registered user of the ResetData AI platform (the “Platform”)
(ii) hold an account in good standing (not suspended, restricted, or in breach of the Platform’s Terms of Service); and
(iii) be 18 years of age or older.
Not eligible: employees, contractors, officers and directors of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, and their immediate families.
4. How to enter (Qualifying Activity)
Entry is automatic for eligible users who, during the Promotional Draw Period, use the Platform to interact with the featured models — GLM-5.2, Qwen3 Coder, and Gemma 4 (the “Featured Models”) — and meet the threshold below. Usage of any one of the Featured Models counts; you do not need to use all three, and usage across the three is combined:
(i) Generate a total of at least 1 million tokens across one or more of the new models before 6 July 2026.
For these Terms:
(i) a “request” means a single successful API call or chat completion sent to a Featured Model and returned by the Platform (failed, errored, or cancelled requests do not count); and
(ii) “tokens” means the sum of all token types for the request — including input/prompt, output/completion, and any other token types (e.g. reasoning or cached tokens) — as metered by the Platform.
Each eligible user who meets the threshold receives one (1) entry into the Promotional Draw. Usage is measured solely by the Promoter’s records, which are final.
5. The Prize
There is one (1) prize: a one-time $1,000 AUD credit to the winner’s ResetData account balance, issued as a single promotional voucher redeemable only on the Platform (the “Prize”).
(i) The Prize is promotional credit, not money. It cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or refunded for cash (in whole or in part) and has no monetary value outside the Platform.
(ii) The voucher must be redeemed within 12 months of issue; if not redeemed within that period it expires and is forfeited.
(iii) Once redeemed, the resulting $1,000 ResetData account credit does not expire and may be used towards Platform usage, subject to the Platform Terms of Service.
(iv) The Prize is non-transferable.
(v) Stated Prize value: $1,000 AUD (inclusive of GST). No other amounts are payable by the Promoter.
6. Winner selection (Promotional Draw)
The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries, conducted at Level 41, 2 Chifley Place, Sydney NSW 2000. The draw is a game of chance; skill plays no part.
7. Notification and claiming the Prize
The winner will be notified by email to the address on their Platform account within 5 business days of the draw, and must confirm acceptance within 14 days. The Promoter may ask the winner to verify their identity and account ownership before the Prize is applied.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter may conduct a redraw with the same process applying.
8. Privacy
The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to run the Promotional Draw (verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and meeting legal requirements). It is handled under the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://resetdata.com.au/privacy-policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). To access or correct your information, contact hello@resetdata.com.au.
9. General conditions
(i) The Promoter may, subject to law, vary, suspend, or terminate the Promotional Draw, or disqualify any entrant, where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, automation used solely to meet the thresholds, tampering, or breach of these Terms or the Platform Terms of Service.
(ii) Entries generated by script or bot for the sole purpose of inflating request or token counts are invalid.
(iii) The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation or use of the Prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law); where it cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
(iv) If the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
(v) These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
(vi) These Terms apply in addition to, and should be read together with, ResetData’s terms of service, privacy policy and fair use policy.
(vii) The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, amend, update, or vary these Terms & Conditions at any time, including but not limited to changes to the Promotional Draw Period, eligibility criteria, qualifying activity thresholds, or the Prize, without prior notice, provided that any such variation will not detrimentally affect entries already validly submitted in a manner that is unfair, except where required by law, by circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, or to comply with a regulatory requirement. The current version of these Terms as published on the Promoter’s website at the relevant time will govern the Promotional Draw.
